  • The delivery staff will collect any surcharge for，but not limit to, stairs travelling, remote areas travelling and incurred parking lot fee in cash.
  • Surcharge for travelling to remote areas may vary for products delivered directly by consignment suppliers. For details, please refer to the delivery notes to such products.
  • Delivery service is suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted.
  • The working days for delivery exclude after 4 pm in Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Delivery service is not available for address in Outlying Islands, restricted areas and other remote areas.
  • Please provide a mobile number for delivery to Ma Wan and Discovery Bay
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to notify www.JHCeshop.com immediately of any change to their delivery address.
  • The aforementioned delivery date and hours only serve as a reference. We will notify you of the cases of the delivery postponement due to traffic
