  • The delivery staff will collect any surcharge for，but not limit to, stairs travelling, remote areas travelling and incurred parking lot fee in cash.

  • Delivery service is suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted.
  • The working days for delivery exclude after 4 pm in Saturdays and Sundays.
