1. How to Become a Member?
Answer: Please register for a www.jhcehsop.com online account. Once you have registered, you will be able to accumulate points upon spending on our website and in our stores.
2. If I have downloaded J-Fun mobile application and become a J Fun member, can I log in JHCeshop as a J-Fun member?
Answer:
Yes, you can. Please click “log-in” at the right top corner. If you have any
questions on membership, please Whatsapp: 6308 3332.
3. What is the log-in password for J Fun members?
Answer: Please use your registered phone number on J-Fun as the password.
4. When applying for J-Fun membership, I have provided incorrect information and therefore cannot log-in. What should I do?
Answer: Please contact us via email at info@jhceshop.com and provide your J Fun membership number, your name, your phone number and your amended email address. We will update for you after verifying the information.
5. Why can I not log-in after becoming a member?
Answer: Our system is currently limited to J-Fun members. If you are a member with our physical membership card, please download our J-Fun mobile app and upgrade your membership in it.
6. How do I update my personal details?
Answer: Please download and login to Jfun app > 會員帳戶> 設定 > 更改資料 > 更改個人資料
