Terms and Condition

Modify Order

Details of placed order and its delivery information cannot be altered. For any changes on ordered item or delivery address, JHCeshop will charge an administrative fee HK$40 per order. Please note: Any alterations impacts the delivery time. We refuse any alteration to orders with ""paid"" order status. Self Pick up at Store

We will keep your order at stores for three days (""Free Storage Period""). HK$100 administrative fee will be incurred if you pick up your order later than three days (""Charged Storage Period""). If your order is not collected in Charged Storage Period period, we deem that you have given up the rights to pick up your order. Such order will be deemed and handled as ""undeliverable order""

Return & Exchange

If you have found any deficiencies and/or damages upon receiving your order, please immediately contact our Customer Service Whatsapp: 6308 3332 or email at info@jhceshop.com  . You must retain the original invoice, all packaging boxes and accessories in the packaging box return to our JHC Store within 7 days from the date of purchase (*Please contact Customer Service Whatsapp: 6308 3332 first) . Otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery. Refund or exchange to any personal care products, bedding and bathroom products are refused due to sanitary reasons. We will not accept refund or exchange after 7 days from the date of goods collection.

Unsuccessful Delivery

Orders with incorrect address/missing information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal or delay of consignee in receiving the order are returned in some cases. Our refund of such orders to you will deduct the original delivery cost, any incurred administrative fees and an amount that is equivalent to 15% of your purchased lump sum as the handling fee to the return. Such refund will be made with the payment method when you first placed the order. We can arrange delivery of your returned order again at your cost of paying for the delivery.

Delivery

1. The actual delivery date  will be confirmed by the Courier .The delivery date and time at checkout session should not be taken as an accurate estimation. 

2. Orders HK$600 or above (per order) (Supplier delivery product not included) are eligible for our free home delivery service within Hong Kong. (Except Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay) . Other Charges are as below:

* Free delivery service is not available for address in Outlying Islands, restricted areas and other remote areas. For details, please contact our customer service department.

3. Extra surcharge for some districts:

        *In the any case where parking fee, registration fee or other miscellaneous fee is incurred upon entry for delivery, these fees will be collected of the actual expenses from you.

4.General delivery  time

 5.In case where the designated delivery address is unreachable by a lift or the ordered product can only be delivered through staircases, there will be an additional delivery charge of $30 per travelled floor of the delivery staff. (Additional delivery charge depends on the circumstances on-site).

 6.Delivery service is available from 10:00am to 9:00pm, Monday to Saturday (except Sunday and Public Holidays). Service hour depends on districts of the address. The aforementioned delivery date and hours only serve as a reference. Please refer to the delivery time confirmed by the delivery company.

 7.In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding, blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. JHCeshop will contact the affected customer within 24 hours by phone for rescheduling of delivery and such delivery will be made within 7 days thereafter.

 8.There will be no refund of delivery fee on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, we will require additional delivery charges.

 9.The person receiving the goods at the delivery address shall be over 18 years of age and shall be deemed your authorized representative and that any instructions/information provided and act done by such authorized representative shall be deemed instructions/information provided and act done by you.

10. The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service Whatsapp : 6308 3332 within 7 days from the date of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

11. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

* JHCeshop reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.

  In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
